Pronto Morocan Lamb Curry

Transport your palate to the bustling souks and fragrant spice markets of Marrakech with this exotic yet easy Pronto’s Moroccan Lamb Curry. Slow-cooked New Zealand lamb combines with earthy spices, sweet tomatoes, and buttery cous-cous for a mouthwatering taste of Morocco without leaving your own kitchen.


Serves: 4 to 6 People


  • 1kg x Pronto’s Moroccan Lamb Curry
  • 1x400g can diced tomatoes
  • Small Pronto Moroccan Spiced Cous-Cous
  • 1 x Large sweet potato


  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 (fan-forced) for 10mins. Line a baking dish/tagine with baking paper and add lamb and diced tomatoes to dish. Cover with foil/lid and place in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop sweet potato and place on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary and roast in oven for 25mins.
  3. Heat up Cous-Cous either in a pan with oil over a low heat for 5mins or in microwave for 2 minutes.
