Greek Lamb Pita Pockets

Bring the flavours of the Greek isles home with these easy yet delicious Greek Lamb Pita Pockets. Savoury marinated lamb steaks meet cooling tzatziki sauce, crisp veggies, and warm pita bread for a quick Mediterranean-inspired meal.


Serves: 2 People


  • 6x Pronto’s Marinaded Greek Lamb Steaks
  • Pronto’s Mint Tzatziki
  • Small Pronto’s Kachumber
  • 4x Pita Bread Pockets


  1. Heat oil in fry pan on high heat. Add lamb steaks to pan and cook for about 5mins each side. Cover in foil and allow to rest for 5-10mins.
  2. Chop steaks into strips or cubes.
  3. Serve up your pita pocket by adding, lamb, kachumber, and dressing with tzatziki.
